With over 12 years of experience in primary education across two counties, Bradley has held a variety of leadership roles, playing a key part in shaping school strategy, developing staff, and driving improvement. His expertise in Early Years and Special Educational Needs underpins his commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential and develops a lifelong love of learning.

Committed to professional growth and self-development, Bradley holds the NASENCO qualification and is set to complete the NPQH in the summer.
He firmly believes in the power of collaboration and is driven by the joy of seeing children and families engaged and happy in school each day.

Outside of school, Bradley is a keen sports fan and enjoys playing sports. He also loves spending time outdoors, especially walking the dog.
